A team whose working day matches yours

Our delivery team works on West Africa Time. That is the same clock as British Summer Time, and only one hour ahead of the UK in winter. So you get the cost advantages of an offshore team without the overnight wait for answers.

Calls happen in your morning or afternoon, fixes go live during your working day, and you can speak to the people building your product. For larger engagements we also offer a dedicated team or an offshore development centre that works as part of your own staff.

UK GDPR, cookies and the 2025 changes

UK sites answer to UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR, which covers cookies and marketing emails. The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 amends these rules: it raises the maximum PECR fine to £17.5 million or 4% of global turnover and relaxes consent for some low-risk cookies as its provisions come into force.

We set up cookie banners that do what they claim, forms that collect only what you need and analytics configured to match your privacy notice. If you are unsure what the new rules mean for your site, we will walk you through it in plain English.

Accessible by default

The Equality Act 2010 expects service providers to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people, and that includes websites. Public sector bodies have stricter duties under the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018.

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard: real headings, keyboard navigation, readable contrast, labelled forms and alt text that describes what matters. It is the right thing to do, it helps search rankings, and it protects you if a complaint ever arrives.

Payments we integrate

Stripe, GoCardless, PayPal, Open Banking (pay by bank), Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna.

FAQ

Working with us from United Kingdom

Can you invoice in pounds?

Yes. UK clients are quoted and invoiced in sterling, and contracts can be written under the law of England and Wales.

Can we meet in person?

Most projects run smoothly over video calls. Where an in-person workshop will genuinely help, for example at the start of a large build, we can arrange one.

Do you work with charities and churches?

Yes. We have worked with churches and faith organisations in the UK, and we understand Gift Aid wording, online giving, event sign-ups and the need for a site that volunteers can update without breaking it.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do. The design, code, content, domain and hosting accounts are all in your name. We sign an NDA before discovery if you want one.
