Design & Brand
Product design that people understand on first use
We design apps, platforms and websites from the first sketch to a tested, clickable prototype. Research comes first, so the screens we hand to your developers solve problems your users actually have. Our clients are founders and product teams in Nigeria, the UK, Europe and North America.

- 01
User research
Interviews, short surveys and a review of your analytics, so we design around how your customers behave rather than how we guess they behave.
- 02
User flows and wireframes
The structure of every screen and the routes between them, agreed with you before any colour or styling goes on.
- 03
Clickable prototypes
High-fidelity Figma prototypes that run on a real phone. Put them in front of users, investors or your board before a line of code is written.
- 04
Interface design and design systems
Components, colour, type and spacing rules written down once, so the product stays consistent as new features and new developers arrive.
- 05
UX audits and usability testing
We watch people use your current product, find the points where they hesitate or give up, and rank the fixes by how much they matter.
- 06
Design team on demand
A senior designer, or a small team, who joins your sprints when you have no designer in-house or need extra hands for a busy quarter.
Why research comes before pixels
Most products that fail do not fail because the buttons were the wrong shade of blue. They fail because they solved the wrong problem, or solved the right one in a way people found confusing. A week of talking to customers is cheap compared with three months of building the wrong thing.
So every design engagement starts with discovery. We run stakeholder workshops to agree what the business needs, then speak to the people who will use the product: customers, field staff, administrators, whoever it is. We map the tasks they are trying to finish and where they currently get stuck. Those findings shape the wireframes, and the wireframes are tested before visual design starts. By the time you see polished screens, the hard decisions about structure have already been made and checked with real people.
Designing for how your users really connect
A shopper in Ibadan on a budget Android phone with patchy mobile data and a finance manager in Manchester on a large monitor need different things from the same product. We design for both. That means light pages, clear offline and error states, forms that do not lose what someone typed when the signal drops, and layouts that work with one thumb.
Accessibility is part of the same thinking. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard, which covers colour contrast, text size, keyboard use and screen readers. It is good practice everywhere and a legal expectation for many organisations in the UK, the EU (under the European Accessibility Act) and the US. Designing it in from the start costs far less than fixing it after launch.
Design support when you have no designer
Plenty of strong engineering teams have no one whose job is design. Features ship, but screens drift apart and users notice. Our design team on demand fixes that without the cost of a full-time hire.
You get a named senior designer who learns your product, joins your planning and stand-ups, and works in your Figma workspace. We can start by building a design system from what you already have, so your developers stop reinventing buttons and forms. After that we pick up the feature backlog, run quick usability tests on the riskiest flows and review what gets built against the designs. You can scale the arrangement up for a big release and back down when things are quiet. Because the same designer stays with you, nobody has to relearn your product each time.

FAQ
UI/UX & Product Design: your questions answered
How long does a UI/UX design project take?
A focused product such as a booking app or customer portal usually takes four to eight weeks from discovery to a tested, high-fidelity prototype. Larger platforms are designed in phases, with the most important flows first.
Do we receive the design files?
Yes. All Figma files, the design system, exported assets and any research recordings are handed over in your name. You own everything we create for you.
Can you design an app that another team will build?
Yes. We prepare developer-ready handover files with specs, states and interaction notes, and we are happy to join your developers' calls during the build to answer questions.
Can you improve the design of a product that is already live?
Yes. We usually start with a UX audit and a round of usability testing, then fix the problems with the biggest impact first rather than redesigning everything at once.
Do you design for accessibility?
Every project is designed to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard. We check contrast, focus order, touch target sizes and screen reader labels, and we note anything developers must implement to keep it accessible.
