This notice explains how Kollinz Innovative Creations Limited ("Kollinz INC", "we") handles personal data collected through www.kollinzinc.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to send, such as a phone number, company name, location and project details. We use this only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to prepare and manage our work together. Our legal basis is your consent and, where a contract follows, the steps needed to enter into it.
• Server logs. Our web host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load analytics scripts. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox through our hosting provider. If we work together, we may share project information with tools we use to deliver the work (for example, project management or file-sharing services), under agreements that protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and contract purposes.

International transfers

We work with clients in several countries, so your data may be handled outside the country you live in. Where that happens we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual clauses, as required by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@kollinzinc.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your data protection regulator: the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC), the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU authority.
