Web applications and SaaS products ready for paying customers

We build software that runs in the browser and earns its keep: subscription products, customer portals, booking systems and internal tools. Our work is designed to be reliable on launch day and easy to extend afterwards. Clients range from first-time founders in Lagos and Nairobi to established firms in London, Dublin and New York.

What we do

  1. 01

    SaaS product development

Subscription software from first release to growth, with sign-up, onboarding, plans, billing and the admin tools you need to run it.

  2. 02

    Customer portals and dashboards

Secure areas where your customers can track orders, download documents, pay invoices or see their data in real time.

  3. 03

    Multi-tenant architecture

One codebase serving many client organisations, each with its own users, settings and data kept strictly apart.

  4. 04

    Subscription billing

Plans, trials, upgrades, invoices and failed-payment handling with Stripe Billing, Paystack subscriptions or both.

  5. 05

    APIs and integrations

Clean, documented APIs for your product, and connections to the tools your customers already use, from accounting software to CRMs.

  6. 06

    Rescue and modernisation

We take over web applications that have become slow, fragile or hard to change, stabilise them and modernise them in stages.

What makes software ready for the market

A demo that works on a developer's laptop is not a product. Software is ready for paying customers when strangers can sign up without help, when it keeps working as usage grows, when data is backed up and secure, and when someone gets an alert before customers notice a problem.

We build with that standard from the first sprint. Authentication uses proven libraries rather than home-made code. Every change runs through automated tests before it is deployed. Environments for development, staging and production are kept separate, and releases can be rolled back in minutes. Logging and error tracking are switched on before launch, not after the first outage. It is less glamorous than the features themselves, but it is what lets a small team support thousands of users without firefighting every weekend.

Multi-tenancy done properly

Most business software is sold to organisations, not individuals, which means many companies sharing one application. The single most damaging bug a SaaS product can have is one company seeing another company's data. We design tenancy into the data model from the start, with every query scoped to the right organisation and checks at the database level as well as in the application code.

We help you choose the right model for your market. A shared database with strict row-level separation suits most products. Separate databases or dedicated deployments suit customers with strict requirements, such as banks, healthcare providers or public bodies that need their data held in a particular country. We also build the features enterprise buyers ask for: single sign-on, audit logs, custom roles and data export.

Billing across currencies and borders

Selling software across Nigeria, the UK, Europe and North America means taking payment in naira, pounds, euros and dollars, often from the same product. Card acceptance, bank transfers, tax and failed-payment rules all differ by market.

We commonly pair Paystack or Flutterwave for customers paying in naira and other African currencies with Stripe for international cards, wallets and invoicing. The application keeps a single record of each customer's plan and entitlements, whichever provider took the payment. We handle trials, upgrades, proration, dunning emails and receipts, and set up the reporting your finance team needs. If you sell to businesses in the UK or EU, we make sure invoices carry the details VAT rules require. Your finance team sees every payment in one place, whichever provider took it.

FAQ

Web Apps & SaaS Development: your questions answered

How long does it take to build a SaaS product?

A first release with sign-up, core features, billing and an admin panel usually takes three to six months. We often recommend starting with a smaller MVP to test demand first.

Do we own the code?

Yes. The source code, repositories, cloud accounts and documentation are held in your name throughout the project, not handed over at the end.

Can you take over an application another team built?

Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure review, fix anything urgent such as security gaps or missing backups, and then agree a plan for improvements.

Can customers pay in naira as well as pounds or dollars?

Yes. We regularly combine Paystack or Flutterwave for local payments with Stripe for international customers, with one billing record per customer inside your application.

Where will the application be hosted?

Usually on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, set up in your own account. Where customers need data held in a particular region, we deploy there.
