Software shaped around how your organisation really works
When off-the-shelf tools force your staff into workarounds and spreadsheets, custom software can pay for itself. We design, build and maintain business systems, enterprise platforms and desktop applications of every size. Our clients include growing firms and larger organisations in Nigeria, across Africa, the UK, Europe and North America.

- 01
Business operations systems
Inventory, procurement, HR, finance, field operations or case management, built around your process rather than a vendor's idea of it.
- 02
Enterprise platforms
Distributed, multi-tenant systems with single sign-on, audit trails, approval workflows and the controls large organisations require.
- 03
Desktop applications
Windows and macOS software for work that needs to run offline, talk to local hardware or handle heavy files.
- 04
ERP and system integration
We connect new software to Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, banks and payment providers, or extend an existing ERP where it falls short.
- 05
Legacy modernisation
We move ageing systems onto modern, supported technology in stages, without stopping the business while we do it.
- 06
Support and maintenance
Ongoing fixes, security updates and improvements under a clear service agreement with agreed response times.
Buy, adapt or build?
We do not recommend custom software for everything. If a well-supported product already does what you need, buying it is usually cheaper and faster, and we will tell you so. Custom software earns its place when your process is part of what makes you competitive, when you have outgrown the tools you have, or when your staff spend hours each week copying data between systems that do not talk to each other.
Our first step is to understand how work actually flows through your organisation. We interview the people who do the job, map the process and count the cost of the current workarounds. Sometimes the answer is a small integration between two existing tools. Sometimes it is a full system. Either way, you get a clear recommendation, a phased plan and an estimate before any development starts.
Built to be maintained by someone other than us
Software that only its original authors can understand is a liability. We write code that another competent team could pick up: consistent structure, automated tests, code reviews on every change and documentation that explains the decisions as well as the code.
For larger systems we design for the realities of enterprise use. That means distributed services where they help and a simpler single application where they do not, multi-tenant data separation for groups with several companies or branches, and security built in from the start, with encrypted data, least-privilege access and full audit trails. We follow established secure development practice, including the OWASP guidance, and test against it before release. When the project ends, you hold the code, the infrastructure and the knowledge, not us.
Desktop software still has its place
Not everything belongs in a browser. Point-of-sale systems that must keep trading when the internet drops, tools that drive scanners, printers or lab equipment, and applications that process large files locally all work better as desktop software.
We build desktop applications for Windows and macOS using .NET for Windows-first business tools and Electron where one codebase needs to run on both. We design them to sync safely with central servers when a connection is available, so head office still sees up-to-date figures. Installers, automatic updates and code signing are included, so IT teams can deploy and update the software across many machines without visiting each one. Where staff work across Windows and Mac, they get the same features and the same data on both.

FAQ
Custom Software Development: your questions answered
When is custom software better than an off-the-shelf product?
When your process is genuinely different, when you are paying for many tools that do not connect, or when licence fees for a large team exceed the cost of building and owning something that fits. We will tell you honestly if buying is the better option.
Can you replace the spreadsheets we run the business on?
Yes, this is one of the most common projects we do. We turn spreadsheet processes into a proper system with permissions, validation and history, and migrate your existing data across.
Can new software work with our ERP?
Yes. We integrate with Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo and other systems through their APIs, and we can deploy and configure existing ERP products where that is the better route.
How do you price custom software projects?
Either as a fixed price for a clearly defined scope, or through a dedicated team billed monthly for longer or evolving projects. We explain both options on our how we work page.
What happens after the software goes live?
We offer support agreements with agreed response times for fixes, security updates and improvements. You are not obliged to use us, and the documentation is written so another team could take over.
