Data & AI
Take repetitive work off your team's desk
Every business has jobs that eat hours and add nothing: retyping invoices, chasing approvals, copying figures between systems, answering the same customer question for the fortieth time. We remove those tasks and the operating cost that comes with them, using AI only where it genuinely saves time or money.

- 01
Process audit
We sit with your team, map how work really moves and put a time and cost figure against each manual step before suggesting any software.
- 02
Workflow automation
Approvals, notifications, data entry and hand-offs between systems running on their own, with a clear log of what happened and when.
- 03
Document processing
Invoices, receipts, delivery notes and forms read, checked and filed automatically, with anything uncertain sent to a person for review.
- 04
Customer support assistants
AI assistants trained on your own policies and product information that answer common questions on your website or WhatsApp and pass harder cases to staff.
- 05
Automated reporting
Daily and monthly reports compiled and sent without anyone opening a spreadsheet.
- 06
ERP implementation
Custom ERP builds, or deployment of Sage, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Odoo to run sales, customer support, marketing, HR and finance in one place.
Count the cost before choosing the tool
Automation projects fail when they start with a product demo. Ours start with a stopwatch. We watch how invoices are approved, how orders reach the warehouse and how month-end reports are put together, then write down the hours each step takes and what an error costs when it slips through.
That list decides the order of work. Some fixes are a simple integration between two systems you already pay for. Some need a small custom script. A few justify AI. A handful are not worth automating at all, and we will say so. You approve each change knowing roughly what it should save, and we check afterwards whether it did.
Small wins come first. A finance team that stops retyping supplier invoices saves hours from the first month, and that early result builds the confidence and budget for bigger changes.
AI where it earns its place
AI is good at reading messy documents, sorting requests and drafting replies. It is poor at being certain. So we design every AI step with a confidence check: clear cases go straight through, unclear ones go to a person, and every decision is logged so you can see what it did and why.
Customer assistants answer only from your own approved material and hand over to a member of staff when a question falls outside it. Personal data is handled in line with the NDPA in Nigeria, GDPR in Europe and UK GDPR, and we tell you exactly which outside services see your data before anything goes live.
We also measure accuracy over time, so you can see how often the assistant answered correctly and where it needed help.
ERP: build, buy or both
For many firms an established ERP such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Odoo is the sensible choice, configured properly and connected to the tools you keep. Where your processes are unusual, a custom system can cost less over five years than bending a package out of shape. We lay out both options with costs, then build or deploy the one that fits, migrate your data and train your team.
Local requirements are part of the set-up. That includes VAT and withholding tax in Nigeria, VAT and Making Tax Digital in the UK, multiple currencies and the payment providers your customers use, such as Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe. Reports, approval chains and user roles mirror how your organisation already works, so staff adopt the system instead of working around it.

FAQ
AI & Business Automation: your questions answered
Which tasks are worth automating first?
Usually the ones that are frequent, rule-based and error-prone: data entry, approvals, invoice processing and recurring reports. A short process audit puts a cost on each so you can start where the saving is largest.
Will AI replace our staff?
That is not how we design it. The aim is to take repetitive work away so people spend time on customers, judgement and growth. Every AI step we build has a person in the loop for uncertain cases.
Is our data safe with AI tools?
We choose services with business data terms that do not train on your content, keep personal data to the minimum needed and document every system that sees it. Where rules require it, processing can stay in a specific region.
Sage, Dynamics 365 or Odoo?
Sage suits finance-led small and mid-sized firms. Dynamics 365 fits organisations already on Microsoft 365. Odoo is modular and cost-effective for growing businesses. We compare them against your processes and budget before you commit.
Can automations work with WhatsApp?
Yes. Through the WhatsApp Business Platform we can send order updates, reminders and payment links, and route customer messages to an assistant or the right member of staff.
