Cloud & Security

Office IT that just works, wherever your team sits

Your team needs email that arrives, files they can find, meetings that connect and laptops that are set up properly on day one. We design and run the everyday infrastructure behind that, for one office or for staff spread across Lagos, London and Toronto.

What we do

  1. 01

    Office networks and Wi-Fi

Structured cabling, routers, switches and Wi-Fi planned for your space, with backup internet so one provider outage does not stop work.

  2. 02

    Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

Set-up, licensing advice, security settings and migrations from old mail servers or between the two platforms.

  3. 03

    Domains and business email

Professional email on your own domain, with DNS, spam filtering and authentication configured so messages reach the inbox.

  4. 04

    Device management

Laptops and phones enrolled, encrypted, patched and wiped remotely if lost, using Intune or Google endpoint management.

  5. 05

    Teams and Slack

Channels, permissions, file storage and integrations organised so conversations stay findable and secure.

  6. 06

    File storage and sharing

Moving shared drives and servers to SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive with sensible folder structures and permissions.

Built for the way your team actually works

A ten-person office in Abuja, a hybrid team in Manchester and a business with staff in three countries all need different set-ups. We start by understanding where people work, what they share and which systems they cannot do without, then design the simplest arrangement that covers it.

In Nigeria and much of Africa, that often means planning for power and connectivity from the start: a second internet provider or satellite link for failover, equipment on protected power and cloud tools configured to keep working offline. In the UK and Europe, the focus is usually on security baselines, data location and smooth hybrid working. The principle is the same everywhere: the technology should disappear into the background. When it does its job, nobody talks about it.

Migrations without lost email

Moving mailboxes and files is routine for us, but it is never routine for the person whose inbox is moving. We plan migrations in batches, copy data in the background while people keep working, and switch over at a quiet time. Afterwards we check item counts, test sending and receiving from outside, and stay on hand for the first few days.

Whether you are leaving an old hosting provider's mail server, moving from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 or the other way, the steps are documented and agreed in advance, so nobody arrives on Monday to an empty inbox.

Domains get the same care. We move DNS records carefully, keep your website online during the change and document who controls the domain, so renewals never lapse by accident.

Secure by default

Every tenant we set up has multi-factor sign-in, sensible sharing limits, encrypted devices and a clear process for removing access when someone leaves. These settings cost nothing extra and close the doors most attackers try first.

Ongoing support is available if you want it. We can handle new starters and leavers, licence changes, password resets and device problems on a monthly arrangement, with a simple way for staff to log requests. Admin accounts stay in your name and every setting is documented, so you can bring support in-house or move to another provider whenever you choose. For organisations with offices in more than one country, one tenant and one set of policies keeps everyone working the same way, whichever city they log in from.

FAQ

IT Infrastructure & Collaboration: your questions answered

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Both are excellent. Microsoft 365 suits teams that rely on Excel, Word and Teams or need desktop apps. Google Workspace is simpler to run and strong for browser-based collaboration. We recommend based on how your team works and the tools your clients use.

Can you migrate our existing email without losing anything?

Yes. We copy mail, contacts and calendars in the background, verify counts afterwards and switch over at an agreed time so nothing is lost.

Our emails keep landing in spam. Can you fix that?

Usually. Missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are the most common cause. We correct the DNS set-up and check sender reputation.

Do you support remote staff in different countries?

Yes. Device management, cloud identity and remote support mean staff in different cities get the same secure set-up without visiting an office.
