Cloud & Security
We find the holes before someone else does
Most breaches are not clever. They come through a reused password, an old router, an unpatched server or a staff member who clicked the wrong link. We look at your business the way an attacker would, close the gaps in order of risk, and get you ready for the audits your customers and regulators expect.

- 01
Security assessment
A structured review of your networks, cloud accounts, devices and applications with a ranked list of risks and fixes.
- 02
Firewalls and network security
Design and configuration of firewalls, VPNs and segmented networks so one infected laptop cannot reach everything.
- 03
Identity and access control
Multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, least-privilege roles and a clean process for joiners and leavers.
- 04
Monitoring and response
Logging and alerting that spots unusual activity early, plus a written plan for what to do when something happens.
- 05
Staff policies and awareness
Short, readable security policies and practical training, including phishing simulations.
- 06
Audit readiness
Preparation for PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and, for UK organisations, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Fix the likely problems first
Security advice often arrives as a hundred-item checklist with no order to it. We rank risks by how likely they are and how much damage they would do, then fix from the top. For most small and mid-sized businesses the first weeks look similar: turn on multi-factor authentication everywhere, remove old accounts, patch exposed systems, separate guest Wi-Fi from the office network and make sure backups cannot be encrypted by the same attack that hits your servers.
These steps are not glamorous, but they stop the majority of real incidents. Once they are in place, we move on to monitoring, application testing and the controls your sector or customers ask for.
You get a clear record of what we changed and what is still open, so you always know where you stand.
Ready for the audit your customers ask for
A large client or payment provider sends a security questionnaire, and suddenly it matters. If you take card payments, PCI DSS applies to you whether you process cards in Lagos or London. UK government and many UK supply chains ask for Cyber Essentials. Larger customers increasingly want to see ISO 27001 or progress towards it.
We run a gap analysis against the standard, fix what is missing, write the policies in language your staff will read, and assemble the evidence an auditor will request. We do not certify you ourselves; accredited bodies do that. Our job is to make sure you pass without surprises. Data protection duties under the NDPA, GDPR and UK GDPR are covered along the way, since many of the controls overlap.
People are part of the network
Most attacks start with an email. We give staff short, practical training, run phishing simulations and make reporting a suspicious message easy and blame-free. A good security culture costs little and catches what technology misses.
Policies matter here too. We write short documents covering the essentials: acceptable use, passwords and sign-in, handling customer data, remote working and reporting incidents. Each fits on a page or two and uses plain language, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. New starters get a brief induction, and refresher sessions run through the year, timed around real threats such as invoice fraud and fake delivery messages, which are common in West Africa and the UK alike. Reporting a mistake should never feel like owning up to a crime, so we help managers respond calmly.

FAQ
Cyber Security & Networks: your questions answered
We are a small business. Are we really a target?
Yes, mostly by automated attacks that look for weak passwords and unpatched systems anywhere they can find them. The good news is that basic controls stop most of these, and they are affordable.
Can you certify us for ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials?
Certification is issued by accredited bodies. We prepare you: gap analysis, fixes, policies and evidence, so the assessment goes smoothly.
Do we need PCI DSS?
If you store, process or transmit card data, yes. Using a hosted payment page from a provider such as Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe can shrink the scope considerably, and we can help you design for that.
What happens if we are breached?
With an incident response plan in place, your team knows who to call and what to do first. We can help contain the incident, preserve evidence and meet notification duties under the NDPA, GDPR or UK GDPR.
