Siso Healthcare: a calm, trustworthy home for a new care agency

A new domiciliary care agency needed to win the trust of families and future carers before it had a single review. We built a warm, quiet website that answers their questions and makes getting in touch easy.

Siso Healthcare is a new home care agency in Whyteleafe, Surrey. Families choosing care for a parent are anxious and careful, and a new provider has no track record to point to yet.

The site had to feel personal rather than corporate, explain the services in plain language, recruit carers and turn visits into enquiries, all without making claims the agency could not yet stand behind.

We chose a soft, editorial look with generous spacing, warm photography of care at home and type that is easy to read for older visitors. Every page answers one question a family would ask.

Under the surface it is a hand-built static site: no plugins to patch, nothing to slow it down. Clean addresses, structured data for search engines, an XML sitemap and an enquiry form with spam protection that sends straight to the office inbox. A careers page helps the agency recruit carers from day one.

Before launch we tested it on an Apache server that mirrors the live host, checked every link and redirect, and moved it to the client's own domain with HTTPS and one canonical address.
