US businesses face lawsuits under the Americans with Disabilities Act when their websites cannot be used by people with disabilities. Shops, restaurants and service firms are frequent targets, and the cost of settling usually exceeds the cost of building the site properly.
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA, test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation, and can audit an existing site. In Canada, Ontario's AODA requires organisations with 50 or more employees to meet WCAG 2.0 AA, and we cover that too.
A patchwork of privacy laws
The US has no single federal privacy law. Instead there are state laws such as California's CCPA and CPRA, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and New York's SHIELD Act, each with different thresholds and duties. Canada has PIPEDA federally, and Quebec's Law 25 adds stricter rules for anyone serving Quebec residents.
We work out which of these apply to you, then build the consent, opt-out and security pieces each one expects. For marketing emails we follow CAN-SPAM in the US and CASL in Canada.
Time zones that work
Our team works on West Africa Time, which is five or six hours ahead of the US East Coast and six or seven ahead of Central time, depending on the season. That gives a solid shared window every weekday morning in North America.
In practice, you send feedback at the end of your day and wake up to progress, with a live call whenever you need one. For dedicated teams we can shift hours to give a longer overlap.

Yes. We quote and invoice in USD or CAD and can sign contracts under your state or provincial law where needed.
