Growth Marketing

Emails people open, read and act on

Email is still one of the cheapest ways to turn interest into sales, because you own the list and nobody's algorithm decides who sees your message. We grow your list properly, write emails people look forward to and set up automated sequences that move subscribers closer to buying.

    List growth

Sign-up forms, lead magnets and landing pages that build a list of people who genuinely want to hear from you.

    Automated sequences

Welcome series, abandoned basket reminders, onboarding and re-engagement emails that run on their own.

    Campaigns and newsletters

Regular emails written, designed and tested, from product launches to monthly updates.

  4. 04

    Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly, list hygiene and sending practices that keep you in the inbox.

  5. 05

    Consent and compliance

Opt-in flows, preference centres and records that meet the NDPA, GDPR, UK GDPR and PECR, and CAN-SPAM.

  6. 06

    Segmentation and testing

Sending the right message to the right group, and testing subject lines and content to improve results.

Grow the list the right way

A bought list is a fast route to the spam folder and, in many countries, a breach of the law. We grow lists organically: useful sign-up offers, clear forms on your website and social channels, and a promise about what subscribers will receive that you then keep.

Consent is recorded properly. In Nigeria the Nigeria Data Protection Act applies. In the UK and Europe, UK GDPR, GDPR and the UK's PECR rules govern marketing email. In the US, CAN-SPAM sets requirements for unsubscribe links and sender details. We design sign-up and unsubscribe flows that meet these rules for every market you sell into, so your list is an asset, not a liability. It also makes your emails more welcome, which shows in open rates.

Automation does the steady work

The emails that earn the most are often the ones nobody sends by hand. A welcome series introduces new subscribers to your brand. An abandoned basket email reminds a shopper what they left behind. An onboarding sequence helps new customers get value quickly, and a re-engagement series wins back those who drifted away.

We map these journeys with you, write and design each email, and set the triggers and timing. Once live, they keep working every day, and we review the results monthly to improve them.

Sequences are personalised using what you already know: what someone bought, which pages they viewed, where they live. A customer in Toronto should not receive a naira price, and a first-time visitor should not get a loyalty discount meant for regulars.

Landing in the inbox, not the spam folder

Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook now expect bulk senders to authenticate their email properly. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, warm up new sending addresses gradually, remove inactive and bounced contacts and monitor sender reputation. Good writing only matters if the email arrives.

We watch the numbers that warn of trouble early: bounce rates, spam complaints and sudden drops in opens at a particular provider. Google Postmaster Tools shows how Gmail sees your domain, and we check it regularly. Each campaign is tested on desktop and mobile across the main email clients before it goes out, so a broken layout never reaches your whole list. Links, tracking and the unsubscribe button are checked every single time, without exception.

FAQ

Email Marketing: your questions answered

Which email platform should we use?

Klaviyo is strong for online shops, Mailchimp and Brevo are flexible and affordable, and HubSpot suits teams that want email and CRM together. We recommend based on your store, budget and list size.

Can we email people who bought from us before?

Often yes, under the soft opt-in rules in the UK and similar provisions elsewhere, provided you gave them a chance to opt out. We check your situation against the rules for each country.

Why are our emails going to spam?

Common causes are missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, sending to old or purchased lists, and sudden jumps in volume. We diagnose and fix each one.

How often should we send?

As often as you have something worth reading. For most businesses that means weekly to monthly campaigns, plus automated emails triggered by customer actions.
