Growth Marketing
A plan for growth you can actually follow
Many businesses run a website, three social accounts and the odd ad campaign without a clear idea of which of them brings in customers. A digital strategy fixes that. We work out who you are trying to reach, where they spend their time, what will persuade them and how you will know it is working.

Market entry planning
Plans for launching in a new country, from Nigeria into the UK, or from Europe into West Africa, covering language, payments and trust signals.
Strategy is mostly saying no
The temptation is to be everywhere. Most businesses cannot afford to do that well. A good strategy picks the two or three channels where your buyers already are and puts proper effort behind them. A business-to-business software firm selling into the UK may live on LinkedIn, search and email. A fashion brand in Lagos may grow fastest on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. A property developer marketing to the diaspora in Houston and London needs something else again.
We base these choices on evidence: search volumes, your own analytics, competitor activity and conversations with real customers. Then we write the plan in plain language with owners, deadlines and budgets, so it is a document your team uses rather than one that sits in a folder.
Decide what success looks like before spending
If you cannot measure it, you cannot improve it, and you cannot defend the budget next year. Every plan we write starts with tracking: analytics configured properly, conversions defined, and enquiries tied back to the campaign or page that produced them. We keep the list of measures short. Leads, cost per lead, sales and repeat customers tell you more than a page of vanity numbers.
Each quarter we review results with you, keep what is working, stop what is not and move budget accordingly.
Plans should change as markets do. A competitor launches, an ad platform changes its rules or a currency moves sharply. Regular reviews mean the strategy adapts within weeks rather than waiting for next year's planning cycle, and the budget keeps following the evidence.
Growing across borders
Selling in a new country changes more than the currency. Trust signals, payment methods, delivery expectations and even the tone of your copy differ between Nigeria, Kenya, the UK and North America. We plan for these differences early, so your launch does not stall on details.
A UK buyer may expect a card checkout, next-day delivery and reviews on Trustpilot. A buyer in Lagos may prefer bank transfer or Paystack, ask questions on WhatsApp first and trust recommendations from people they know. A customer in Nairobi will often expect to pay with M-Pesa. We research these habits for each market you target, then adjust your website, offers and campaigns to suit, testing on a small scale before committing the full budget.

FAQ
Digital Strategy: your questions answered
How long does a digital strategy take?
For most small and mid-sized businesses, research and planning take three to six weeks, depending on how many markets and products are involved.
Do you carry out the plan as well?
We can. Many clients ask us to run the channels we recommend, such as SEO, paid ads, email or social media. Others hand the plan to their in-house team, and we stay on for quarterly reviews.
We have a small budget. Is a strategy worth it?
Small budgets benefit most, because there is less room for waste. The plan will focus on one or two channels where you can compete properly.
Can you help us enter a new country?
Yes. We research the market, adapt your messaging, set up local payment options and plan the first campaigns for that audience.
